Process of Acceptance
If you are applying to the NICS need based scholarship program then first thing to note that you should pay very keen attention to the qustion asked in the scholarship exam as those question do not test your technical skills but test your family background, passion to learn and ability to adapt. You should answer the question by yourself and uniquely beacause at any point if team doubts your answer (copied from somewhere else) your application will be rejected. Always remember that NiCS decision will be final decision in every case and situations, there would be number of reasons to select and not select your application and NiCS will not explain them or tell them to you. You will just get a single word confirmation that your application is considered or not. Once you apply and take the test a member of our team will review it and submit his opinion, this is very first step(Exam Invigilator step) after that this application will be forwarded to the Office of Society Development & Child Education (SDCE) Director, here it will be evaluated again and after completing this step 2 process application will be reviwed by our CTO to award the final percentage of your scholarship. Once all the process will be completed you will get a email notification on your registered email id with the application status. Make sure that charges for your scholarship application is not just a process to fill our pocket but it shows your commitment, dedication and seriousness towards taking the course. Reviewing a scholarship application does not takes only the time of some office members and managers but also cost Nics a huge money to complete your course as no teacher is gonna exepmt his sallery to teach you for free, Nics would have to pay them even if it is free of cost for you..... So in this case it is very neccessory to check your capability, interest and passion as well as family background before proceeding further. Also to be noted that the scholarship process may awared you full course fee or a decided percentage of course fee, based on your profile, but in both cases you have to pay exam & certification fees if you want to get a certificate for your course. We just provide the scholarship for tution fees only. For example if you are taking a course of cost 15000 and you awarded fully funded/100% scholarship then that's mean your 15000 is exempted but still you have to pay exam&certification fees that cost you around 250 to 500 Rs.
