This T&C and Privacy Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the information technology act, 2000. Information NICS collects and use for their services and advertisements -
To avail certain services on our Websites, users are required to provide certain information for the registration process namely: -
a) your name, b) email address, c) sex, d) age, e) educational qualification f) PIN code, g) photograph h) mobile number, i) biometric information, j) your occupation, interests, and the like and dislikes.
The Information as supplied by the users enables us to improve our sites and provide you the most user-friendly experience. All required information is service dependent and we may use the above said user information to, maintain, protect, and improve our services (including advertising services) and for developing new services. Such information will not be considered as sensitive if you gave us during your registration process or via any other means.
To improve the responsiveness of the platform for our users, we may use "cookies", or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique, random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the user's individual interests using the Identified Computer. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (through registration, for example), we will have no way of knowing who you are, even if we assign a cookie to your computer. The use of these properties or any other content on this site is strictly prohibited. You may not sell or modify the content of this Website or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the materials in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the respective organization's or entity's written permission. Visitors may not use the Web Site in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material (a) that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or violate any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity of other personal rights of others, or (c) that is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.
Content or projects or any idea created by any students or faculty members with the help of NICS teams will not be used for profit and non-profit or public works without our permissions by them. Any content will be completely owned by NICS and NICS will be only authority to take credits or authorized you to use it. Also NICS can advertise, use and sell any content/project/idea created by students during sessions.
Document Submission & Registration Confirmation -
When you pay the registration amount you will receive a message that confirm your payment and welcome you to the team. But that is not the confirmation of your candidature. It will be only confirmed once you submit your documents and visit our institute physically. If our team got any issue with the documents or your behavior or any other issue your candidature will be rejected and no refund will be provided.
Required Documents to Submit at Branch -
Make sure that these documents needs to be submitted at branch within 4 days of registration otherwise your application will be rejected and no refund will be processed.
Fee Payment, Discount & Other Service Charges -
NICS imposes three kind of charges on every students which is Registration Fees, Course/Tuition Fees & Exam Fees. Every students need to understand that they are bind by these three payment structure that is clearly mentioned on the course detail page as well. Please note that NICS only provides discount on course fees. Any discount is neither applicable on registration nor exam fees. Also if anyone enrolling for any courses via discount method which is more than 10.0% he/she needs to pay all fee payments (including registration fees, course/tuition fees & exam fees or any other dues) on the same day of registration otherwise no discount will be given. If any candidate fail to do so, that is, if he/she does not pay total fee on the date of registration than discount will be removed and we will not allow him/her to take classes or will not provide course certificates until the full payment without any discount.
Maximum discounts is given by evaluating the interest of the students in the course but this is not the only criteria. NICS representatives are completely authorized to take decisions about the discounts and anyone including any region, category or department is not allowed to pressurize its representatives to force their decisions except the NICS owner or board members.
We charge fee payments in advance, that means, for example, if you are starting the session from date 1st, you need to pay at least one-month fee in advance and this same fee structure will be applicable till the end of your course duration otherwise you will get emails/notifications to complete the due and your classes may be restricted. Every time you submit the fee online you will get email details of your fees payments and next due date and you have to submit your fees by that date otherwise you may be charged with extra penalty. Also this next due date is calculated by the software that means it may be failed some time you have to remember that your total fee needs to be payed before one month of your course completion.
If your total fees is not submitted than you will not be able to download your admit card and will not be allowed to sit in the exam even if your exam form is submitted.
NICS Alerts & Notifications -
Every students or users need to provide their email or phone during the registration to complete the process. We collect that data to keep our users/students up-to-date about our news, important alerts, festival celebrations, wishes etc. Please be informed that if you provide your any contact details via any means we will send regular notifications/wishes message & alerts to you via electronic mails, chats or sms etc. If you provide these details (including email, phone number etc.) that means you are accepting to receive these notifications forever & you can't sue us or our any department for such case. Although if you are not interested in our emails or notifications you can send us email request on nicsclassrooms@gmail.com, but this may not be raised by the students for not receiving pending fee emails or notifications.
Application Acceptance, Branch Allocation, Course Change Request & Session Timings -
Anyone can register for our any courses by following course criteria but filling registration form and making payments does not guaranty your candidature. It will only be decided by our team members after personally evaluating your behavior and other admission criteria.
You can choose your nearest branch during your registration process. Once selected you are not able to change it. Although NICS sometimes can change your location due to system, seat or other resources unavailability's.
We do not support any kind of course change request you can only decide it before registration.
Any student can consult/request for the specific session time but we only provide you as per our suitability and it will or may be variable. You may have to take sessions at different times as per branch requirements.
For all of the above-mentioned conditions, if your application form is rejected or you withdraw it, we will not refund your any amount in any cases.
Holiday & Leaves -
For every basic course (like Basic Computer, DCA, Tally, Typing, CCC etc.) we have classes from Monday to Saturday and for all other advance courses the classes will be open from Monday to Friday only but it may be closed between these days as well due to festival celebration, any internal or external event or any other program. We will inform students via email only so your email should be active and make sure you provide correct emails during registration.
If any students want leave for more than 1 consecutive days than he/she needs to informs us, 24 hrs. before, on our official email otherwise it will not be considered as leave and your candidature may be terminated. Also, if there is any exam or practical scheduled and you are not present without an approved leave than you will be marked as ABSENT & will get 0 marks. To reappear in the exam, you have to pay the exam fees for every single paper & practical separately (fee will be decided by the NIICS authorized member).
NICS Money Back Guaranty Program & Refund -
We provide courses with money back guaranty & the duration of the guaranty period is one class day, that means, to join any course at our institute first candidate needs to apply online and pay the registration fees. Once he/she does that NICS team will schedule his/her session and he/she must visit the institute with his/her related documents and after verification of documents we will allow him/her to take class for one complete session hrs. (which is 1.5 hrs.) and if he/she dislike anything he/she must raise a claim request on our official email with his/her enrollment id and UPI ID or Bank Account with complete account details within 15 mins of session ending time (means if your session completed on 1:00 PM you have to raise your claim request before 1:16 PM, same day). And we will process his/her refund that can take 24hr to 15 working days. If any candidate fail to do so, or if you are unable to raise the request within given time period than we will not process any kind of refund to the candidates. Note:- If you are attending or have attended the class before full admission fee payments, no money back guaranty will be applicable.
Our focus is the complete customer satisfaction & NICS team always tries to find the best and profitable route for its users but apart from the above mentioned section, (refer to 1st para under this money back guaranty section), we will not process any kind of refund to any candidates/students/users in any situation and if you are applying to this institute that means you accept its terms including this refund section.
NICS Talent Search Program & Other Free Education Policy for Everyone -
NICS Talent Search Exam (TSE) is process to select top minds and give them free learning for a selected module/course for free in which students needs to appear in the TS Exam and will be selected on some criteria like max score, age, course interest and seat availability. Once they are selected, their total tuition fee will be exempted but make sure that candidates still need to pay Registration fees and exam fees for the selected course.
Any of our free education policy will maximumly exempt your tuition fees but you have to pay the registration and exam fees for selected course.
Course Duration -
Every course has a specific month of duration which clearly mentioned on the course page of our website. If any students are enrolling in any particular course it is assumed that he/she has accepted that duration and he/she will be allowed to take class for that amount of duration.
Also, if anyone is enrolling in multiple curses with any kind of discount method than NICS team will cut the course duration for similar modules. Example - If you are enrolling for the course of ADCA & CCC with discount option than instead of teaching you for 12+3 months (12 month for ADCA and 3 Month for CCC) we will teach you only for 12 months (because 3 months of CCC has same module as ADCA).
100% Job Assistance & Guaranty Policy -
We provide advance courses like full stack with 100% job assistance guaranty that means our faculty and placement department will prepare you for your interview and forward your resumes to the companies. But this does not guaranty your selection. Once company receive your resume it will be the only party to decide if you need to be interviewed and selected or not. We have no interfere after the resume forwarding process. But if any candidate got selected in any industry he must have to clear all the dues of NICS including course, exam & other fees.
Pay After Placements Program -
Any program that belongs to this category is the assurance of your job or assurance of your money. That means if you are selected for this program than you have to pay small amount of money for very costlier courses during the registration and once you do so you no need to pay any extra amount until you got selected in any industry with the minimum salary of 10k per month or above. Make sure that registration amount of this program is different than normal registration for the same course and the documentation required is also different. You have to submit the check with the amount filled as your course fees and we will only claim that check once you will be selected for any company. Also make sure that after selection it is up-to you to join the organization but as soon as you got selected we will claim that check within 48 hrs.
Note - In any written or non-written cases NICS keeps the authority of the final decision about any matter related to us and that needs to be accepted.
Free CCC & Basic Computer Course Program -
This program is totally intended to increase computer awareness by which institute will teach you basic computer skills like 3 office package, fundamental and basic hardware etc. and anyone can register for this course.
Make sure that if any student fill the registration form twice than his candidature will be rejected and he will not be able to take any class.
Every student will be responsible for any damage to the institute's property and it's infrastructure and he/she will have to pay the amount for any damage.
If any data, given by the students, found incorrect than institute will take necessity and legal action towards the student and he will have to pay penalty.
Make sure that this program will only provide free coaching for the basic computer on selected dates or days and the mode may be change anytime (online or offline). Also institute will not pay any kind of exam or any fees to any organization and will not help any students to fill out any exam form or certificate fees. Also institute will not provide any certificate for this course, this program is only coaching based. Also the class will be held on the availability of the free time which may be vary day to day and there is no guaranty to complete the modules.
As per the seat availability your time and class date may change any time and you will be informed via email.
Exam & Other Service Related Query/Question Resolution -
We only keep your examinitaion data for 15days from result annuncements date after that your submitted data will be deleted, so any clearification query after that time period will not be served. Any query related our decision and our services or other stuff may be raised via sending an email on our official mail ID by the users/students and be will try our best to resolve that at earliest but make sure that it is only dependent on our representative or team members weather you will be provided with the data you asked for or not. Also in any case our teams decision will be the final decision and every user/students/parents must have to accept that.
